In this interactive program, Krishna Pendyala offers an alternative to the inefficient trial and error method. He deconstructs one of life's most overlooked and vital skills: the ability to exercise conscious judgment and make values-based choices at work, at home and everywhere in between. Read any newspaper’s business section to find an example of a once top executive dealing with the consequences of poor judgment. The surprising part is that they may not have a clue how they ended up there. Every single day we have a mind-boggling number of opportunities to demonstrate our power to choose. However, in these moments we are not always exercising our judgment effectively or consciously.

Making wise choices, no matter how small, and exercising good judgment is the foundation for a productive and fulfilled life. After all, while the big decisions in life are important, it’s the small choices that impact the quality of our daily life. Krishna brings to light the subconscious choices we make every day that ultimately determine our overall level of success and happiness. The program helps participants practice how to approach each moment of choice in a state of calm alertness, clear focus, and measured performance. Krishna provides the space to reflect and reach the highest level of decision-making where you can integrate instinct, intellect, insight and intuition to operate in “the zone.”

While experts are busy trying to weigh the importance of EQ vs. IQ, it is clear that they are both essential for success. In addition, a third competency—the ability to exercise sound judgment (JQ) in the heat-of-the-moment—is required to sustain success and avoid pitfalls. Too many highly successful leaders have fallen at the pinnacle of their careers as a result of poor judgment.

Entrepreneurs, leaders and high-achievers are committed to taking risks in pursuit of a better life. However, one must remember that good financial metrics do not always translate into a good quality of life. While most people focus only on reaching a higher standard of living, many realize only much later that they really wanted a better quality of life. This program will show you how you can have both a better quality of life and a higher standard of living. Krishna will make a difference in the areas of your life that matter most: work, relationships, family and self.

Participants will actively engage in:

  • Becoming more aware of their beliefs and conditioned habits
  • Realizing the impact of their impulsivity
  • Measuring performance in each of their Life Spaces against their priorities
  • Illuminating the invisible drivers of influence
  • Understanding how daily judgment and choice-making impacts their lives

Krishna offers a simple path to exercising judgment in real-time choice-making. He goes beyond the mechanical decision-making process, embracing the more intangible human element to greatly enrich the quality and sustainability of one’s choices.

1. The program will provide value to participants at three levels — personal, professional and organizational —taking them on a fun journey of self-discovery from surviving to thriving.

2. Highlight several blind-spots and assumptions, helping them regain their power to make choices in the moment while minimizing the negative impact of snap judgment.

3. Cultivate simple habits to suspend judgment and monitor their internal drives and beliefs.

4. Generate insights from the own experiences that will impact their lives positively.
